Patrizia has secured three lettings at Chineham Park in Basingstoke. The new signings are Bibby Financial Services at Forest View for 5,000 sq ft; Anoto, the digital-drawing and writing-solutions provider, which has taken up an additional 5,500 sq ft within the building in which it is currently sited; and InteliSecure, a US provider of critical-asset protection, which has taken 6,700 sq ft at Lindenwood. All are on a 10-year lease, and the first two, at rents equating to £20 per sq ft, represent a new prime office rent for Basingstoke.
Since its acquisition of Chineham Park in December 2014 Patrizia has completed over 240,000 sq ft of new transactions. It is also undertaking the speculative refurbishment of Chineham Gate, which will deliver 48,500 sq ft of new Grade-A office space. The works are due to complete January 2017.
