London Clancy, acting on behalf of Turnack, has announced a succession of new lettings at the Moniton Trading Estate, West Ham Lane.
The total take up on the Estate over the past 12 months amounts to in excess of 17,500 sq ft, with five industrial units let ranging from 3,000 sq ft up to 7,200 sq ft.
New tenants include Thrifty Car & Van Rental, Chips Away, Advance Motor Supplies and 24 7 Shop.
London Clancy’s Russell Ware commented: “The reported new take-up in the Basingstoke industrial market continues to go from strength to strength. We urge companies to get in touch on the two remaining comprehensively-refurbished units as soon as possible. The available supply is fast reducing which should see rents starting to increase.”
