Acting on behalf of Banbury Office Village, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and White Commercial have let offices in Banbury Office Village to Handelsbanken.

Handelsbanken identified Banbury as its 134th location as part of a long-term objective to serve local communities across the country. In addition to Banbury, the branch will reach out to Chipping Norton, Bicester and Brackley plus the surrounding villages.

Through its 750 branch network, Handelsbanken operates a modern banking model based on traditional values, providing a full range of banking services to private, corporate and agricultural customers looking for personal contact with their bank managers.

Banbury branch manager Paul Graham commented: “Handelsbanken is a traditional bank where the focus is always on the customer. We are delighted to be in Banbury and look forward to developing successful relationships with both professional advisers and customers over the long term.”

Banbury Office Village on Noral Way in Banbury, Oxfordshire, comprises seven self-contained, high-quality office buildings. The development is just 1.5 miles from the heart of Banbury, adjacent to the established commercial area and overlooking protected farmland.

John Greaves, director in Lambert Smith Hampton’s Oxfordshire office, said: “We are delighted to have found Handelsbanken for our client. Banbury Office Village is the premier new business/office park in Banbury and occupies an important strategic position close to the M40 and the town centre. It is also in a developing commercial area on the edge of town with direct access to one of the main arterial routes into the town.”
