Buckinghamshire law firm Parrott & Coales has recruited a conveyancing executive to expand its residential and commercial property division.
Jemma Granger, who has a first-class LLB law degree, specialises in residential conveyancing. She joined Parrott & Coales after working as a conveyancer at Premier Property Lawyers for a year where she gained experience in many aspects of residential conveyancing.
In her new role, Granger will be advising on various residential matters including both freehold and leasehold property, sales and purchases, remortgages, new-builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity and assents.
Sarah Plumridge, managing partner of Parrott & Coales, said: "Jemma has joined at an exciting time. The firm is seeing significant growth and development, particularly in the commercial and residential property sector, so her experience will be an invaluable asset to the team."
