Automotive logistics firm Groupe CAT has moved into West Point Row, a modern office property in Bradley Stoke, Bristol, in a deal brokered by Colliers.
The national offices team at Colliers acted on behalf of the landlord Southdowns Westpoint Row Limited jointly with local agent Burston Cook.
The French firm specialises in cargo and vehicle logistic services to manufacturers, and has more than 30 years’ experience in the UK market.

Recent strong interest has not only resulted in this transaction but also the first floor of Unit 5 being placed under offer, as well as several parties viewing the first floor of Unit 3 - the last available office.
James Preece, director in the national offices team at Colliers Bristol, said: “West Point Row is well located just off Great Park Road in the Bradley Stoke area which gives it excellent access to the M4/M5 interchange.
"We are pleased to have secured Groupe CAT as the latest tenant at the business park and look forward to announcing new occupiers in the near future.”
