Ascot: Further lease signing for Salmon Harvester

Salmon Harvester Properties has let a 3,269 sq ft floor office in its Queen’s Square office building at Ascot Business Park on a 10-year lease to Loyalty Angels which trades as Bink and provides an app which automatically collects and displays loyalty-card points and offers.

Pat Mahoney, the Salmon director, said: “The £25 per sq ft rent reflects the high quality of the space and its excellent location. We now have only one more floor to let in 2 Queen’s Square to achieve full occupancy of that building.”
