An accountancy firm in Leamington Spa has expanded into a new office on the back of a record year.

Ai Accounts has signed a two-year lease on the Longwood Suite at 11 Waterloo Place, on Warwick Street. The building is owned by The Wigley Group

The company has been based at the serviced office building since early last year but required a larger office with more space to support its growth plans for 2024.

Founder and director Anna Stafford said: “2023 was a record year for us as we doubled our turnover and expanded our client base and headcount.

“We’ve recently appointed a new Growth Director to continue that positive trajectory and we are looking to expand our team further in 2024 with three new roles.

“This, paired with our new office, will strengthen our ability to serve our existing clients as well as take on new work.”

Ai Accounts was founded in 2020 and provides accounting and financial business advice to companies across the UK, specialising in the technology and recruitment sectors.

It is one of six tenants at 11 Waterloo Place – a three-storey Regency building which was acquired by Warwickshire-based real estate investment company The Wigley Group and converted into modern offices.
