Winnersh Triangle business park welcomes new head chef
Winnersh Triangle business park in Reading has welcomed a new head chef Lee Mildenhall to its Gather & Gather café.
Lee comes with a wealth of experience having previously worked at Tom Kerridge’s The Hand and Flowers in Marlow, which is the only pub in the UK with two Michelin stars.
Lee has also worked at Vodafone’s headquarters and most recently was head chef at the historic Halfway Inn in Newbury.
There are three Gather & Gather Cafés across Winnersh Triangle including The Exchange co-working space, providing a vibrant atmosphere for breakfast, lunch or a quick coffee.
Gather & Gather understand the positive impact great food can have on employee health, wellbeing and productivity so they have partnered with a number of the Winnersh tenants to subsidise their employee’s lunches.
Eilidh McAllister, senior asset manager at Winnersh Triangle said: “We are delighted to welcome Lee to the park.
"He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and we know he has some great ideas.
"He’s been working with the team behind the scenes to ensure that the new menu is perfect for our occupiers, including the bi-weekly BBQ’s and we can’t wait to find out what everyone thinks.”
