Wallingford’s Greentek Global recruits first COO
Greentek Global, a Wallingford-based specialist hygiene technology firm, has appointed Jon Graves as its first ever Chief Operating Officer.
Graves’ appointment comes off the back of a number of contract wins for the firm which include a five-year exclusive partnership with Alliance Scotland, along with a five-year agreement which will see phs Goup supplying GreenTeck Global’s ECOFLOW washroom system.
His new COO role will see Graves managing the company’s day-to-day operations while raising awareness of GreenTeck Global’s COSHH-free, chemical-free cleaning and sustainable waste management systems.

He brings more than 30 years’ experience in the sustainable packaging and logistics industries, as well as a proven record in developing companies and delivering environmentally-friendly business solutions.
For international packaging business DH Smith PLC, Graves worked, as a qualified accountant, across several business units in both a financial operational capacity. His 12-year tenure at the company saw him becoming its youngest general manager.
He then spent 12 years with food and beverage packaging specialist PLS where he was charged with expanding its European service into Germany and Poland following the company’s purchase by Bibby Distribution.
In early 2022 Graves founded Pack Smart, a food packaging business of which he will remain chief executive. He also retains his non-executive director role at sustainable warehouse storage products manufacturer PALLITE.
