TLT advises Innova Renewables on solar partnership
The future energy team at Bristol’s TLT has advised Innova Renewables on a strategic partnership with Schroders Greencoat LLP, which sees the establishment of joint venture platform ISG Renewables.
This will enable Innova to fund and develop 5GW of energy generation and battery storage projects across the country over the next three to five years.
TLT also oversaw the acquisition of the recently completed Carn Nicholas Solar Park, a 10MWp solar farm in Swansea, by ISG Renewables.
The team at TLT was led by Corporate Partner Antonia Silvestri, with support from Harriette Blake and Real Estate Partner Matthew Grimwood. The company provided legal guidance and advice on all aspects of the partnership.
