The Oxfordshire Recruitment Market Overview from Allen Associates is available to read and download now
Oxford recruitment agency, Allen Associates has produced a detailed report on the jobs market in Oxfordshire.
Oxfordshire has one of the tightest labour markets in the UK and demand for experienced and competent staff for temporary and permanent roles in PA and Administration, HR, Marketing and Finance is as high as it has ever been.
- We have not seen any major signs of a recruitment slowdown in early 2023 in spite of the UK’s ongoing economic challenges – mainly due to the ongoing shortage of jobseekers.
- The number of jobs advertised on Indeed in January was 32% higher than it was just before the pandemic and although this is slightly lower than it was at its peak, demand for candidates remains strong.
These are just some of the findings in the latest Oxfordshire Recruitment Market Overview published by Allen Associates. It is based on their own views of the market supported by data from Indeed Hiring Lab, the Office for National Statistics and other sources.
