Thames Valley's Gardner Leader appoints new marketing manager

Gardner Leader has appointed Gina Tray as its new marketing manager.

Gina’s appointment comes as the firm continues its growth trajectory which has seen the firm’s workforce grow to over 180 members of staff having undertaken significant appointments across its seven office locations over the last few months.

Having worked in Vienna, Berlin and London previously, she has held positions at leading Austrian law firm Wolf Theiss and KCD Luxury Marketing, PR and Communications, where she worked alongside world renowned brands such as Vogue, Netflix, and Meta.

Gina Tray said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Gardner Leader at an exciting time in the firm’s history. While my partner and I have been lucky to travel the world during our careers, we also have roots in Berkshire which is why joining Gardner Leader really does feel like coming back home.

“Gardner Leader has undergone an exciting period of growth over the last few years, strengthening its team, and increasing its presence across the region, from London to Swindon and into Oxfordshire. I’m looking forward to working with the senior management team in spreading the Gardner Leader voice further afield and supporting the whole team in helping them to deliver the outstanding legal advice that our clients expect, in all the communities we serve.”

Gardner Leader has been in business for over 125 years, with offices in Newbury, Thatcham and Maidenhead.

It has gone on to triple in size over the last 10 years, expanding across the South of England, with offices in London, Windsor, Swindon and most recently Oxford.
