BP Collins, a law firm with offices in Oxford and Buckinghamshire, has appointed three new lawyers.

Simone Ganley and Simran Kaur Sehra are joining the firm’s commercial property practice as senior associate and associate respectively, while Laura Mortimer starts as a partner in its family team.

Simone Ganley, a lawyer of 15 years who has been recognised by the Legal 500, is joining from a Buckinghamshire law firm. Her new role will see her working with a variety of clients including PLCs, lenders and private individuals.

Also bringing 15 years’ experience and recognition from the Legal 500 is Laura Mortimer, who joins from an Oxford law firm, where she worked with high-net-worth clients, having previously advised a number of household names in high profile separations while working for a London-based firm.

Simon Deans, senior partner, B P Collins, said: “Our recruitment programme ensures clients and lawyers are at the heart of our strategy. Not only does this guarantee a great service to clients as we employ experienced experts in all areas of law, but it also means that lawyers have the opportunity to own their role and focus on outcomes. With that comes job satisfaction, a sense of being valued and work-life balance.”

Senior associate, Simone Ganley said: "This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining B P Collins. I look forward to helping to drive growth in its key sectors including environment, media, retail and leisure, development, property finance and international clients.”

Associate Simran Kaur Sehra said: “The breadth of commercial property work undertaken at B P Collins is one of main reasons why I joined. It’s great to be part of such a large team, which is focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients.”

Family partner, Laura Mortimer said: “B P Collins’ family practice is widely recognised for its commitment to a constructive approach when resolving family matters. Its excellent reputation in advising high net worth clients on foreign assets, pensions and pre-nuptial agreements and its commitment to delivering the highest standard of service is what attracted me to the firm, and I’m delighted to be working with its highly respected team to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.”
