Morr & Co in Redhill has appointed Mandy Spring as partner on its family team.

With more than 25 years of experience in family law, Mandy brings a wealth of expertise to the firm, particularly in navigating complex and high net worth financial cases upon divorce.

During that time, she’s covered various aspects of family law, including cases involving pensions, businesses, tax, trusts and those with international aspects, as well as pre and post nuptial agreements.

Mandy is also skilled in advising unmarried clients on cohabitation agreements, property and financial issues arising on relationship breakdown, and financial provision for children.

Prior to joining Morr & Co, Mandy spent time with two top-tier Legal 500 family law teams in Surrey.

She’s earned personal recognition in the Legal 500 as ‘a walking encyclopaedia’ who’s ‘pragmatic, empathetic and knowledgeable’.

Stephanie Calthrop-Owen, head of family at Morr & Co, said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Mandy to our team.

“Her extensive experience and dedication to client care make her a valuable addition to our firm.

“We’re confident that her expertise will further enhance our ability to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.”

Mandy is also a trained collaborative lawyer and serves as co-chair of the Surrey Collaborative Pod.

She actively contributes to the field as a member of both the Surrey Resolution committee and the pensions, tax and financial remedies committee at Resolution.
