Steele Raymond’s commercial property team appoints new partner
Bournemouth-based law firm Steele Raymond has appointed Commercial Property Solicitor Martin Logan to its Property Group.
Martin was previously a Partner with Blake Morgan for 15 years and, since qualifying as a solicitor in 2003, has acted for a wide range of clients such as retailers, pension funds, commercial landlords and tenants.
Across his career he has developed a security sensitive client base, with specific networks in the defence, aerospace and security sectors. His experience also covers currency exchange and production and identity documentation.
Martin said: “I am delighted to be joining the Steele Raymond team. The firm is making great positive strides with their recent appointments, which builds on its already excellent skills base and reputation.
“I am excited to be getting involved in various ongoing projects and bringing my experience and strong track record to further enhance Steele Raymond’s offering to clients.”

“My track record is to consolidate an existing client base, and to then work with those clients in achieving their current and future needs. I want to do that at Steele Raymond, and I anticipate that the Commercial Property team will continue to grow as we develop those client relationships.

His arrival means the firm’s property group now has eight partners working within it and, following the recent appointments of residential property partner Holly Dennis, residential development partner Christine Kessler-Robinson and contentious probate partner Louise Maidment, Martin is the firm’s twentieth partner.
