Oxfordshire based Spratt Endicott Solicitors has appointed Guy Stephenson as Head of Rural and Residential Property, a newly created role encompassing the firm’s successful Residential Conveyancing and Agriculture & Estates practices.
Guy has been a solicitor for more than 20 years and has returned to the firm where he was a partner until 2011. Since 2011 he has worked as a partner in the property department of Hamilton Downing Quinn and more recently was co-head of Real Estate at Westminster-based Lee Bolton Monier-Williams.
Managing Director Andrew Woods, said: “We are delighted to welcome Guy back to Spratt Endicott.
“He joins at an incredibly exciting time for the business and I can think of nobody better to lead our Rural and Residential Property department into the future."
