Southampton’s Womble Bond Dickinson joins NHS Commercial Solutions’ legal panel
Womble Bond Dickinson, the Southampton-based international law firm, has been appointed to NHS Commercial Solutions’ legal services framework.
The not-for-profit procurement shared services aims to make accessing services more efficient for the NHS and wider public sector by providing end-to-end services across the entire procurement cycle.
By joining the panel, WBD will advise on all matters handled by the framework, including corporate, commercial, employment, property, health, primary care, mental health, NHS governance and public law issues, with the framework running until 31 January 2027.

While the firm already acts for NHS Property Services and NHS Shared Business Services, this is the first time the firm has been appointed to the Commercial Solutions panel, which was recently reduced to only 18 firms.
