Quantuma managing partner Carl Jackson said: “Ian is a well known and highly respected corporate finance expert, particularly in the Thames Valley and south of England.”

Barton, who will be based at the firm’s Southampton office, said: “I am excited to be joining such an ambitious and expanding advisory practice. Quantuma has a fast growing reputation and I was keen to be a part of this success story.”
