Shaw Gibbs completes acquisition of Northampton-based accountants DNG
Shaw Gibbs has continued its acquisition spree, successfully completing a deal to buy DNG, which is the trading name of DNG Dove Naish LLP - an accountancy and business advisory practice based in Northampton.
The combined entity will offer a comprehensive suite of accounting services, including tax planning, audit and assurance, outsourcing, as well as business advisory services.

It is the fourth acquisition by Shaw Gibbs in the last six months, resulting in a 260 person-strong practice based over six offices -in Oxford, Basingstoke, Farnham, London, Northampton and Woking.
