Savills Bristol announces team promotions

International real estate advisor Savills has announced six promotions at its Bristol office, effective from 1 March 2021.

The promotions will see one person move up to director level, two to associate director, two to associate and one person promoted to senior staff. The full list of promotions is below.

Paddy Hales, head of Savills Bristol, said: “It is with great pride that I announce these six promotions, who have all demonstrated exemplary performance over this past year. The promotion of our staff is integral in ensuring we provide the best service to our clients and create thriving environment to work.

Adrian Shippey is a director in the housing valuation department. Mark Sommerville and Matt Tucker are now associate directors in the planning team. Ciaran Hagan is an associate in the planning department, Helen Margetson is an associate is the property management team and Sally Harding has joined the planning team.
