Ridge & Partners welcomes new project management lead in Bristol
Property and construction consultancy Ridge and Partners has appointed Nathan Moss as Partner to lead its project management practice in Bristol.
Nathan joins the team from global consultancy Turner & Townsend, where he spent 17 years managing projects and programmes across the South West. He is an award-winning project manager who has worked with some of the region’s most high-profile clients across a range of sectors. Recently, Nathan led the project management team on a new £70 million automotive research facility for the University of Bath.
Nathan said: “Ridge is a dynamic consultancy with ambitious plans in the South West. It’s an exciting time to join the organisation, not only to work with the team on its roster of live projects, but to also diversify into new sectors and help grow the practice."
Phil Baker, Partner at Ridge and head of its Bristol office, added: “Nathan joining us is another step in the development of Ridge in Bristol. By driving our Project Management business forwards, his appointment supports our ambition of offering a true quality service to our clients. Nathan joins Ridge at a time when we have invested hugely in our Bristol team, with our office growing by over 30 per cent in the past 12 months. This year, we plan to relocate into the city and continue with our target of being a major force in the construction industry in Bristol."
Nathan is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and a committee member for the Forum for the Built Environment (FBE).
