Reading's Osborne Clarke advises Dalata Hotel Group on £53.4m London Hotel purchase

Reading-based law firm Osborne Clarke has advised Dalata Hotel Group plc on its £53.4 million purchase of the hotel London Wall from Apex Hotels.

The Osborne Clarke team included employment partner Danielle Kingdon, senior associate Carla O’Neill and was led by real estate partner Nick Simpson. Other team members were real estate senior associate Emma Hannah, corporate real estate partner Alison Riddle, tax partner Tracey Wright and associate director Alex Makinson.

The four-star hotel in the City of London will now be rebranded to Clayton Hotel London Wall.

This latest acquisition will bring the total number of Dalata bedrooms in London to 877 following the opening of Maldron Hotel Finsbury Park and Maldron Hotel Shoreditch. Osborne Clarke also advised Dalata on these sites.
