Reading's IBB Law advises on the sale of Innotech Digital & Display Limited
IBB Law, a firm with offices in Reading, advised Quantum House Holdings on the sale of Innotech Digital & Display Limited to Vink UK Limited.
The team for IBB was comprised of partner Adam Dowdney, legal director Tim Cargill, and solicitor Bradley Greenwood from the corporate & commercial team. Other participants included partner Gemma Coles from the commercial property team, and partner Richard Devail from the employment team.
