Reading-based technology and engineering recruitment specialist Premier Group is expanding its reach across the world with new offices in Australia and the US.
At the beginning of 2023 the company opened an office in Sydney and now it has opened one in Raleigh, North Carolina - taking its total to eight.
Premier, which was founded in 2000, also has a presence in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Austin in Texas and New York.
Group CEO Andrew Thorning said: 'I am delighted to see our international expansion continue, with new offices now open in Sydney and Raleigh.
"Both offices are being led by existing members of staff who have taken the opportunity to further enhance their own careers.
"We're thrilled to be able to further service our operations in the US, along with now offering our expertise in Australia."
The company sees internal progression as extremely important - 95 per cent of its managers started off in junior positions and advanced through the ranks.
Andrew added: "All the managers are visible and approachable and help to shape the in-house training programmes we offer when joining."
Premier has won a number of accolades, including Best Companies' 'best UK mid-sized company to work for' in 2022.
