Cheltenham based Randall & Payne buys Gloucester accountancy firm

Cheltenham accountancy firm Randall & Payne has bought Little and Company, the Gloucester-based accountants.

Little and Company in Gloucester is being merged into Randall & Payne and their team of 14 are being retained within the business. The Little and Company office on Park Road will remain in use for six months, after which the team will come together with the 50-strong existing Randall & Payne team under one roof at Chargrove House on the Shurdington Road.

Simon Dudfield and Nicholas Gratton, Partners at Little and Company, specialise in providing advice to Doctors, Solicitors and the agricultural sector in particular, and will continue to service their clients as Randall & Payne.
