Gloucester-bsaed ProCook, the UK’s leading direct-to-consumer kitchenware brand has announced the appointment of Angela Porter as Chief Marketing Officer.

Angela has more than 15 years’ experience at senior level in the consumer, retail and ecommerce sectors. She joins following her position of Brand Marketing Director at GVC Ladbrokes Coral where she re-defined the customer purpose and brand positioning, whilst delivering a step change to the approach to cross-channel communications between brands.

Previously, she was Marketing Director at Dunelm where she drove growth in brand awareness and raising the profile of the brand's range, with strong commercial results and prior to that she held several senior brand and marketing positions at Tesco and Vodafone.

ProCook CEO and Founder Daniel O’Neill said: “As the business continues to grow, we’ve reached a point where we will benefit immensely from bringing in an experienced CMO who can help drive us forward to new highs.
