Poole’s MSP Capital makes four promotions
MSP Capital, the Poole-headquartered property finance specialist, has created four new associate director roles, all filled through internal promotions.
Nicky Hollamby is a chartered accountant who joined the firm from Grant Thornton in 2017. She has been promoted to the role of Associate Director of Finance, partly in recognition of her work to grow the finance department’s ability to inform decision making with real time data and analysis.
Chartered bankers Lee Merrifield and Chris Sheppard, who previously worked at NatWest for 28 and 22 years respectively, have also been promoted.
Lee, who takes on the position of Associate Director of Credit, also joined MSP in 2017. He has spent the intervening time overseeing funding, risk assessment and credit control for the clients in Bournemouth and Southampton as Underwriting and Credit Manager.

MSP Capital’s Managing Director Martin Higgins said: “Many congratulations to all four of our new associate directors.
“Each of them is an experienced, talented and dedicated professional who has proven their ability to achieve the best outcomes for our clients time and time again.
