Newland Homes appoints Sales & Marketing Director

Gloucester-based Newland Homes has appointed Marcus Evans as its Sales & Marketing Director.  Marcus joins Newland Homes after a 15-year tenure with Crest Nicholson, where he was previously Sales & Marketing Director for the PLC’s Regeneration division.

Marcus will have sales and marketing responsibilities for Newland Homes’ 10 live development sites across the South West, with four more due to launch in the coming months and a portfolio of land opportunities in the pipeline.

Next year marks the thirtieth year in operation for Newland Homes.  The independent company has been responsible for more than 125 developments across the South West and 3,300 homes. Last year it completed the sale of 215 homes; 143 on the open market and 72 affordable properties.

Anita Williams has been Acting Sales & Marketing Director for the past nine months and she will continue to be part of the Newland Homes team on a consultancy basis.
