Midlands law firm Wright Hassall has appointed experienced marketing manager Sarah Jordan to spearhead its marketing and business development division.

Sarah brings with her more than 20 years’ experience in marketing, most recently as Head of Marketing at Birmingham-based financial services group ARMCO.

Vastly experienced within the legal sector, she has previously led Band Hatton Button’s marketing team for almost five years and worked across marketing and events during 14 years with Shakespeare Martineau, latterly as the firm’s Marketing and Business Development Manager.

The move comes at an exciting time for Wright Hassall as it continues to invest in its staff, recently announcing eight promotions across the business and a string of new hires.

Her arrival will see its sales and marketing team re-shaped into a new marketing and business development division to support the company’s ambitious growth plans and build on its profile and market share.

Jordan, who is from Solihull, said: “I am delighted to be returning to the legal sector as it’s an area I have a tremendous amount of passion for.

“Wright Hassall has always been a company I have had an eye on from afar.

“It has a strong reputation within both the sector and the local community too, and that is something I am really looking forward to building on.”

Phil Wilding, Managing Partner at Wright Hassall, added: “We are delighted to welcome Sarah to the company. She brings with her a great deal of passion, experience and knowledge which is a perfect match to help us continue our growth.”

Wright Hassall, which is top ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers UK, was established in 1846 and employs more than 245 people, including almost 40 partners.
