Moorcrofts strengthen corporate team in Thames Valley

Kate joined Moorcrofts in 2013 and undertakes a range of corporate transactional and advisory work.

Having joined Moorcrofts in 2019 from city firms, Adam has extensive experience across a large range of sectors, providing quality advice to clients ranging from SME’s to multi-national corporations.

Heather joined the firm in 2015 as a legal intern initially working during her holidays from Cardiff University.

In 2020-2021, Moorcrofts corporate team has advised on a number of high level million-pound deals, including the acquisitions of Enable Business Solutions and Elevate Staffing Group and the merger of Electracom Projects and Trusol, and the sale of the MRIB group of companies.
