Marlow-based corporate and technology law firm Moorcrofts has made a series of key promotions and appointments at its Thames Valley office.

Corporate Lawyer Kate Prentis, who works with some of the firm’s biggest clients, has been made Partner, while from the same team Adam Forder steps up to Senior Associate.

Kate and Adam offer a combined 30 years of industry experience to the firm, specialising in corporate sales, acquisitions, and reorganisations. They regularly assist and advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.

The corporate team has also seen the appointments of Nadiya Sheikh and Ash Sangha, who will be joined by Rebekah Sutcliffe later this month. Sharan Uppal joins the commercial property team, and the technology team has gained Finnian Robinson.

Moorcrofts Managing Partner Teri Hunter said: “Kate and Adam are very dedicated and talented lawyers; their promotions are well-deserved and reflect their hard-work and the strategically important roles they play in driving forward our plans for continued growth in our core service areas.

“We are also delighted to welcome such esteemed lawyers across all areas of our team. Their arrival not only bolsters our offering but underpin the technical excellence and high quality services our clients have come to expect from us.”
