MHA Macintyre Hudson appoint new employment law advisory manager

MHA Macintye Hudson, who have offices in Maidstone, Maidenhead and Milton Keynes, have appointed Caroline Crampton-Thomas to their HR Solutions team as employment law advisory manager.

Caroline is a non-practising barrister with 20 years’ post-qualification experience. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1999.

As well as working in legal practice for several top 100 legal firms, she also has experience working in the public sector, advising clients on a range of employment disputes including discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims, on top of representing clients in the Employment Tribunals through to the Court of Appeal.

Caroline’s duties with MHA Macintyre Hudson will be to support clients in the implementation of legally compliant HR policies, draft employment documentation, including Executive and Director Service Agreements, and Consultancy Agreements; deliver training to managers and business owners covering a broad range of HR related topics, including Equality, Diversity and Inclusion; and managing grievances and disciplinary proceedings, and effective absence management.

Caroline is also able to provide consultancy support at grievance and disciplinary hearings, coach managers and decision makers, and facilitate meeting discussion. She is also an accredited workplace mediator.
