South East law and HR firm Loch Associates Group has expanded into East Sussex with the opening of an office in Eastbourne.

The move follows a busy period for the group, having doubled its turnover and headcount over the past three years.

Located opposite the town’s marina, the new office caters for up to 10 employees.

Pam Loch, Solicitor and Managing Director, said: “The new office really helps Loch Associates Group cement its position in Sussex, where we’re witnessing continued growth.”

“Our continued expansion is largely enabled by our growing reputation as a trusted alternative to traditional law firms and being able to offer such a wide range of services to businesses under one roof – something that is unique in the South East.”

Newly appointed partner Victoria Regan is now set to head up the South Coast team, bringing more than 20 years of employment law experience to the role.

She joins from fellow Sussex law firm Rix and Kay, where she led a team of HR consultants as head of the employment department.

Pam added: “Victoria is a leading individual in both employment law and HR.

“Her expertise and experience will ensure we are providing the best service to our clients as we continue to offer an extensive range of solutions to meet our clients’ needs.”

The group is now looking to support the Eastbourne community by recruiting more local staff.
