Lloyds Banking Group appoints new ambassador for the South West
Lloyds Banking Group has appointed Nicola Littlejohn as its new group ambassador for the South West of England.
Alongside a team of experts from across the Group, Nicola will engage with policymakers, regional business leaders, community networks and charitable organisations to deliver the bank’s purpose, to help Britain prosper, at a local level.
In the role, Nicola will bring people together to share insights to address the challenges facing the region, such as access to affordable and sustainable housing, supporting the region’s transition to a low-carbon economy.

Through this work, the ambassador programme aims to cultivate a financially resilient environment that fosters growth and prosperity for businesses and communities across the South West.
In addition to being a group ambassador, Nicola is a consumer relationships director at Lloyds Banking Group with responsibility for developing initiatives and products to help older customers build greater financial security.
Prior to her current role, Nicola spent over two decades in a range of roles across various parts of the Lloyds Banking Group and has lived and worked in the South West region for more than 15 years.
Nicola also serves as a mentor in the Lloyds Banking Group's black business mentoring programme, and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive business community and supporting aspiring entrepreneurs.
