Law firm Blake Morgan appoint new Partner

Blake Morgan has appointed Thomas Middlehurst as a new partner to lead their Contentious Trusts and Estate Team. 

The law firm have offices in has offices: Reading and Southampton, as well as Cardiff, London and Oxford. 

Qualifying as a solicitor in 2008, Thomas has held positions at Moore Barlow, DAC Beachcroft, and DMH Stallard (formerly AWB Partnership).

Middlehurst was Moore Barlow's youngest partner when he was promoted to the position in 2015.

Blake Morgan's latest employee specialisms include Inheritance Act disputes, trust disputes, charity legacy disputes, mental capacity issues, and claims against executors and trustees, as well as Trust of Land and property ownership disputes.
