Will Smith, office senior partner for KPMG in Reading, said: “The Reading business community has responded remarkably well to the challenges of the past two years. We’ve seen strong growth and demand for our services as business leaders look for expert support to help them achieve their ambitions. In particular, our deal advisory team is extremely busy with M&A activity remaining buoyant.
“This latest round of promotions demonstrates the investment we make in our people and our commitment to the city and region, but also reflects the incredible work of our colleagues and their support for businesses across the region.
“We pride ourselves on creating a working environment where we can nurture talent and encourage our people to be themselves whilst building their skills and growing their careers. This has been an integral part of building a great team in Reading.”
