Knights, one of the UK's fastest growing legal and professional services businesses, has completed its acquisition of Oxford-based BrookStreet des Roches.
Since 2016, Knights has grown its presence in Oxford significantly from 100 to over 160 professionals. Its work ranges from advising on strategic land development projects to property portfolio management for major national chains and corporate transactions.
Knights, which listed on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market in June 2018, acquired BrookStreet in line with its strategy to expand its expertise in key markets outside London and its presence in the key market of Oxford. This strategy has transformed Knights from a single office in Staffordshire to a top 100 law firm, with 8 offices and 700 professionals which includes a team of 200 professionals delivering real estate services
Philip Marsh, Oxford office leader for Knights, said: “We are pleased to welcome our new colleagues into Knights’ Oxford office, which is now one of the largest and highest quality professional services businesses in the region. We now have significant scale in the region from which we can continue to grow the team as well as our client base and presence.”
