HMT and James Cowper Kreston advise YFM Equity Partners on London Drainage Facilities investment
Teams from HMT LLP and James Cowper Kreston are among the advisers to YFM Equity Partners on its investment into London Drainage Facilities.
The team from James Cowper Kreston advising YFM consisted of Partner Stuart Williams, who works from the firm’s Reading and Southampton offices, and Corporate Finance Manager Jack Griggs.
Henley-based HMT, led by Partner Paul Read, Director Corin Briault-Hutter and Manager Jack Arnold undertook financial due diligence on the transaction.
Alongside James Cowper Kreston and HMT, teams from Birketts LLP, PMSI Strategy LLP, Grant Thornton LLP and Contiuum Ventures acted as advisers to YFM on its investment into the planned and emergency drain repair company, which is led by Danny and Lucie Fuller.
