Simon Thomas, Managing Director of leading independent Chartered Accountancy Firm, Ridgefield Consulting, has completed the Firm’s fourth acquisition since incorporation in 2010. This latest purchase sees the Firm acquire Kench & Co. – another Chartered Accountancy firm, with a wealth of history in Henley, dating back to 1982.
Simon said: ‘We have seen exceptional double digit organic growth year on year since our last acquisition in 2015. We always keep an eye out for firms which share our values and the strong reputation that Eric Kench built in Henley made his business an obvious fit for us. It’s even better that we can expand the area we cover, so that we can serve more clients with our unique brand of partnership and expertise.’
The new combined team of 21 will serve a portfolio of 450 limited companies and 900 private clients. Simon is looking forward to integrating both teams, as well as adding further staff as the combined business grows.
