IBB Law adds partner to its Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency practice

The Commercial Services Group of law firm IBB Law has expanded its team with Sonia Jordan, who joins as a Partner in the Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency team from 1 September 2021.

Jordan specialises in restructuring and insolvency and has led on some high-profile administrations such as Habitat, MFI, Allied Carpets, Sofa Workshop, and Little Chef. She will join Commercial Litigation Partner, Sarah Jackson, and Senior Solicitor, Ami Bhatt to form a team of specialists in the field.

Justin Govier, Head of IBB’s Commercial Services Group, says: “Sonia's appointment ensures that IBB has a full-service offering across the corporate spectrum.”
