Hampshire based HWB Chartered Accountants have appointed Tracy Jenkins as their new managing director.
Tracy, who was promoted from her role as operations director, takes over from Geoff Rhodes, who retired at the end of last year. Geoff had worked for HWB Chartered Accountants since its establishment in 1985.
Geoff and Tracy worked closely together for a number of years before his retirement. The company considers Tracy to be the natural successor to the former managing director.
Tracy Jenkins said: "It will be a pleasure to manage the firm and an honour to be asked to step into Geoff's not inconsiderable shoes, I certainly won't be resting on my laurels as we continue to drive ahead.
"We have achieved steady growth over the years which would not have been possible without the loyalty and support of all our clients and the dedication of our team members.
"I am looking forward to supporting the director team to foster the firm's further growth by continuing the focus on outstanding client service."
