Gloucestershire accountants Andorran acquired by BK Plus

BK Plus has made its first move into Gloucestershire with the acquisition of Andorran Chartered Accountants.

Established in 1998 by Roger Downes, who still leads the practice today, Andorran has grown to a 15-strong team based out of Manor Business Centre in Cheltenham.

Roger said: “Aligning with BK Plus presents an opportunity to enhance the value we deliver to our clients, drawing on the additional resources and expertise BK Plus brings.

“We’re excited to join forces and continue our commitment to the Gloucestershire business community.”

BK Plus is backed by private equity firm Palatine and headed up by CEO Shaun Knight.

Shaun said: “This acquisition enables us to further extend our reach into the South West, reinforcing our commitment to the SME sector.

“Andorran’s reputation and operational excellence in Gloucestershire provide a strong foundation for our combined future growth.
