She is specialised in creating trusts and advising on existing trusts and has worked with high net worth individuals as well as all types of clients on estate planning.

Much of her career was spent in London, including a stint as a partner in a Lincoln’s Inn practice, before she moved to Oxford and then the West Midlands.

"We are thrilled to welcome Susan Floyd to our Private Client team," said Chris Wilson, partner and head of RWK Goodman's private client team in Oxford.

"Susan's extensive experience, spanning over three decades, brings a wealth of expertise in private client work and she has a proven track record as a trusted adviser.

"Her commitment to finding solutions for clients aligns seamlessly with RWK Goodman's client-centric approach. We look forward to the positive impact she will make," he added.

Floyd said: "Private Client work is real mixture of people (the client and their family), and wide technical legal and personal capital taxes knowledge.

"Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to be the trusted adviser to many families, particularly those owning private companies and in farming. Finding the solution that fits the client is very satisfying."
