First Solution Group Welcomes Two New Account Managers

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic heavily impacting many businesses, for the First Solution Group, the past year has been an exciting time. We have seen rapid growth in First Solution, resulting in its biggest year yet, as well as the successful launch of First Digital, our digital transformation arm.

The next step in our journey is expanding our team. Today we’re delighted to announce that Sam Scott and Zakk Papasideris have joined First Solution Group, both in the role of Technical Account Manager. Sam and Zakk will be working across both First Solution and First Digital, helping enable our customers to achieve their strategic ambitions through use of innovative technology solutions.

Speaking about joining First Solution, Sam said: “It’s very exciting to have joined First Solution. The business is involved in several transformative projects with clients around the UK, so to be a part of this environment is a brilliant experience. I’ve worked within IT services for a number of years and I feel my strength lies in my ability to connect with clients and understand both their ambitions and their stress points. It’s only when you develop a genuine appreciation of your client’s organisation that you can begin to offer them guidance and aid their journey. For me, it’s all about where our clients want to go and letting technology enable this rather than being a barrier. I can’t wait to get started.”

I very much look forward on meeting and expanding the relationship with each of our clients and to help them overcome technological difficulties/barriers and maintain their operations with effectiveness and security.

Having worked in the IT and MSP industry for more than a decade, I come equipped with expert knowledge in small, medium and enterprise solutions, cyber security and compliance standards which I believe will help me provide accurate solutions to bring up and maintain the industry standards and compliances of our clients.
