The Cotswolds' largest provider of rural and agricultural services has appointed two new associate partners.
Amy McDonald and Anthony Wright will take their places around the boardroom table at Cirencester-based
Moore Allen & Innocent from January 1, 2020.
Amy joined the company in 2009, having taken a degree in hospitality and earned a masters in tourism and business.
"After university I came back to the Cotswolds to work on my family's farm," said Amy. "Moore Allen & Innocent were looking for someone with a background in agriculture to conduct farm viewings.
"It was only supposed to be temporary, but I loved it so much I'm still here ten years later!"
The firm has since put Amy through her professional qualifications – she is now a RICS accredited chartered surveyor and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers – as part of its business succession plan.
She now specialises in the valuation and sale of rural property.
Like many of his colleagues, Anthony studied at the Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester – leaving with a degree in rural land management – before joining the firm in 2013.
Three years later he moved to the newly-acquired Tetbury office to run the firm's residential development arm, promoting land for house-building.
"It's a wonderful opportunity to take a greater role in the firm during interesting times for both the residential and agricultural sectors, with both challenges and opportunities ahead," said Anthony.
Moore Allen & Innocent offers professional services in the fields of residential property sales and lettings, commercial property, agriculture and rural services, and the valuation and sale of antiques through monthly auctions.
It has its headquarters and a saleroom in Cirencester, and offices in Lechlade and Tetbury.
