Corus Hotels has sold The Regency Hotel in Solihull, to Midlands based Westbourne Leisure Limited for an undisclosed sum.
Westbourne Leisure currently owns a number of hotel and hospitality venues in the West Midlands.
 
The freehold property benefits from 111-bedrooms, a large on-site car parking, bar, lounge, restaurant, seven meeting rooms, as well as a Leisure Club with fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna, plunge pool and Jacuzzi.
 
Located on the A34 Stratford Road near the motorway network, approximately a 10-minute drive from Birmingham International Airport and National Exhibition Centre, the largest exhibition facility in the UK.

This is an excellent acquisition for Midlands based Westbourne Leisure Limited who currently own and operate a number of other hotels and hospitality venues in the local area.”
