Controlaccount promotes talent from within

Bromsgrove-based commercial debt recovery business Controlaccount Plc, has promoted its Operations Manager to Operations Director. Carla Knights is now responsible for all Controlaccount operations and delivery of services to its 300+ strong client base.

Carla is one of the company's true success stories. She joined Controlaccount in 2012 as a Collections Agent and quickly displayed the leadership skills needed for a Board position.

Operations Director, Richard Jefferies has moved to a Group Operations Director role. Whilst Richard will remain involved in Controlaccount’s day to day operations and working with key clients, he take on responsibility for the Group Companies and strategic partnerships.

Despite the challenges of 2020 – and early 2021, the company ended the year on a strong footing and looks forward to striving ahead into the new year. It has ambitious growth plans and a formidable recruitment drive throughout all areas of the business, which is progressing well.
