Cheltenham based Endsleigh Insurance makes strategic appointments
Endsleigh Insurance has announced a number of strategic appointments to its Senior Leadership Team.
In a move to respond to diverse client insurance needs across the education sector from independent schools, academies, universities, FE colleges and language schools, two senior executive director roles have been created. In addition, the new role of Business Development Director, Education & Not-for-Profit will focus on unlocking new adjacent markets.
Jon Taylor will join Endsleigh as Executive Director, Education Division. Jon brings specialist experience within the education insurance market having previously worked within education specialisms at both Marsh and JLT. His experience and expertise will add to an already exceptional team focused on building market leading insurance solutions for clients in all education sectors.
Will Brunwin is appointed Executive Director, Education Division. Will has contributed significantly to the Endsleigh business for many years, and more recently has served as an interim member of the Senior Leadership Team. Will will lead its sales and account management teams offering B2B2C insurance solutions for a wide range of education clients from independent schools to language schools, FE & HE.
Phil Garner is appointed Business Development Director, Education & Not-for-Profit. Most recently Phil has been an interim member of the Senior Leadership Team leading both Not-for-Profit and Education commercial (which will transition to Jon Taylor).
Further investment is planned in key capability to deliver value to clients and partners, while opening development opportunities within Endsleigh and the wider Howden Group.
