CBRE grows South West Property Management team

CBRE has announced its latest round of appointments in the South West with a new Associate Director and Senior Surveyor joining its Property Management team, together with a new graduate trainee.

Associate Director Matthew Maxwell joins from property management and building consultancy firm Workman, while Senior Surveyor Angus McPhail previously worked for Hartnell Taylor Cook. Amelia McClune joins having recently completed her degree in English Literature from Cardiff University and is taking a masters conversion course as part of her training to be Chartered within the property field under the Commercial Pathway.

Director Kristen Miskella said: “Having Matthew and Angus on board will help drive us forward as we take on more clients. Their expertise and enthusiasm is already having a big impact and our colleagues and clients are benefitting from their combined experience.

“Amelia has already made a significant contribution to the team and she’s brought a fresh perspective that we all gain from.”

CBRE’s Property Management team in the South West works with its Midlands and South offices, offering expertise across the super-region.

Matthew joins CBRE after 15 years at Workman and will support clients including Sports Direct and CBRE Investment Management.

“I’m excited to help CBRE grow its property management reach further while drawing on the experience and insight that comes from working with a global firm,” he said.

As well as working with Matthew for CBRE Investment Management, Angus will support clients including Schroders and Deutsche Bank.

“I’m looking forward to growing my career as part of a team that covers such a broad range of clients and I’ve already been given the chance to make a real impact,” he added.
