BPE advises Partners& on acquisition of Kudos Liability Adjusters Limited

Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors has acted for longstanding client, insurance advisory company Partners& in acquiring Surrey-based Kudos Liability Adjusters Limited.

The move supports Partners&’s commitment to enhance its advice capability by investing in a distinctive claims proposition. The Kudos team have the experience and skills to address complex claims that need a more forensic approach and represents an important differentiating factor in Partners&’s ability to support clients in navigating liability claims.

BPE’s Corporate team has previously acted for Partners& providing advice on its acquisition of nine insurance advisory businesses.
